Friend's account and email was hijacked..

So steam has no way of emailing to contact directly..

A friend got their account hijacked and their email hijacked aswell we've gotten their stuff for other things like playstation and xbox changed to a new email as they asked for rpoof of ownership etc we gave the proof and it got handled.. What can we do with steam? he bought games on that account so like we rather he not lose access to al that spent money.. Please Help!

You must be logged out of all accounts to start the account recovery process.

You don't need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the hijacked/hacked account for this to work. Just pick the "I do not have access..." or a similar option when asked.

When we go to support it wants you to login, scan your pc or change the password. their steam account got hijacked and their email along with it they can't login at all and the support area doesnt give any more info.

Follow the guide posted, steps 3 to 5 tell you what to do if you don't have access to the email/phone number ect that is tied to the account...
