Hello. I purchased the south park games as part of a bundle deal that steam was offering at the time. I played and beat "the stick of truth" and recently attempted to play "the fractured but whole (will reference as TFBW going forward)," but the game just will not start on my computer. Investigating further, I found that there have been many users who have experienced the same issue that I am experiencing, but none of the solutions that I read about worked for me. That being the case, I want to get a refund for this game that I can't play. The problem is that, since it was purchased as part of a bundle, steam requires that all the games in the bundle be refunded, and because of the fact that I played and beat the stick of truth, Steam keeps automatically denying my refund request. So, let me make something perfectly clear: the fact that your POS product can't separate the games from each other is your problem, and I will be damned if I suffer the consequences for it. If you can't separate the games, then that is just a problem you are going to have to deal with, otherwise, do let me know the address where I can send my demand letter when I drag you sorry hides to small claims court and get my money back that way. I am not playing around anymore.

Sounds like you don't even have refund requirements anymore, that is a NO ( time played )

if you need help with why "but the game just will not start on my computer" then make other post, all that topic could be seen as turn off by most helper here, i and other are gamers not i have rights and demand refund, thats not what most gamers will have experience in.

And you post in a steam user forum, for steam user reply by steam users.

This is not steam support, that steam user can dump things in what they think is steam support and they read it here, because if they did that then all steam user will think they can do this..

So thats why they will not reply ever open that door, will be a huge mistake, unless steam want to do that, gl with that. most steam helper will, say gl with wait for a steam support reply here. have a nice day.

Your last game purchase was on the 9th of March, so even taking the played time on other games in the bundle, your past the 2 week refund window. Should have tested the game sooner.
