Help, What kind of games can you run on a intel i5
What games can you run on an PC w/ an intel i5 3rd gen processor? It has a 16gb ram, windows 10 and a RX 550 4gb GPU.

Note the games you can play are going to be limited more by yoru GPU than your Cpu

The RX550 isnt super great. It supports at least dx12 though. You'll be fairly limited to games at 1080p and low settings by and large

That's an old and slow computer. You can check the performance on various websites, including this one[www.tomshardware.com]. It's around the speed of the Nvidia GT 1030 (2017), GTX 580 (2010), GTX 650 Ti (2013), and GTX 750 Ti (2014).

So, generally, I'd stick to games from 2015 and earlier. Check the game system requirements. There are a lot of low-spec games being made today that run well on ancient PCs. Games like Dave the Diver, Balatro, Luck Be a Landlord, and Dorfromantik can run on anything.

These are some Steam curators that turned up with a Google search. I don't know what kinds of games you like, so you could look through what they recommend. Maybe there's something good there.
