I cannot get through a game, and sometimes before it loads properly, without a crash. There has to be some setting to fix this. Using an Alienware R-16, Nvidia RTX-Geforce 4070. Help!

Do Alienware not have a auto update app. do it work as it said it should, check for update at support page. ( things not update today is seen as PC user own mistake. no matter if app have failed
