Email notification problem
Steam is not sending me an email when a dlc on my wishlist is getting a discount. It does however send an email when a game is discounted.

Have you also checked the box for additional content in your wishlist settings?

Where do I find my wishlist settings?

Go to "shop" click "Wishlist" then when the wishlist is displayed there is an options tab at the top, there you can set it.

That's just to filter what is displayed in your wishlist.
