Mouse/Keyboard not working

So, any game i've tried playing, has become unplayable as my mouse gets locked to the middle of the screen and my keyboard doesn't work, so i cant walk or look around, and i end up having to close the game through task manager. Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it? I'd appreciate any help as i want to be able to enjoy my games again.

check cable will be my first choise, or with other keyboard/mouse,

worst case senarios.
do you have a keyboard with security bios setup issue or finger ID or other worst things we can't see such is possible today.

ps.
why you have this issue i dont know, make sure BIOS and Chipset driver is update if this matter at all.

either the keyboard/mouse work or not are the old from past pc then such things could matter.


example i cant use a old mouse they act odd in a new age pc. ( i have never seen it at a keyboard. )
