Geforce NOW Steam Issue
I need help, I was playing a game called Planet zoo on Geforce Now from NVIDIA through cloud gaming that was linked to my steam account, however my geforce now says that i no longer have a license to the game. What happened?

Well when did you buy the game?

What does your transaction history say? And/or what do you see in your Steam library on your local machine?

If it's a GeForce Now issue of some sort you'll have to take it up with their support.
I bought the game around last year summer i think, but it doesnt even show up in the transaction history of steam. It doesnt show up in the library either.

Your games owned badge was updated in December 2024 but your "friend" was updated in June 2024.

Are you sure you are on the correct account?

I am sure that I am on the correct account as I checked on NVIDIA Geforce NOW and the accounts match.

Well the explains the no license error.

So the game is probably on another account. Or less, likely, the license was removed for some reason. You'll have to figure out which. If you did purchase the game on that account it should be in the transaction history, that wouldn't have been removed. If it's not there, then wrong account, like it or not.
All right, thank you for your help, I don’t think I have any other account, so I’ll probably have to buy the game again. :(

Check your emails for the games transaction, there it will show the account name. Don't forget the account name is used to log in and the profile name is what is displayed to others.
