Game File and Saves Gonzo

Here’s the long and short of it:

PC was shipped via UPS.
It got damaged during shipping.
The HDD (with game files and saves) is now gone.
games are prompting for reinstallation.

Question: If I reinstall my games, will cloud saves automatically restore to where I reinstall them?

Most save games don't exist in the same folder as game files. But generally that is the point of cloud saves, to share data across devices which is effectively what you're doing here with a new drive.
