It might be easier to refund black ops 6 on Steam and get it on Battle.net
Alternatively, right click the game in your library, select properties and then the DLC tab, check/uncheck what you do/don't want.
WZ is free on Steam as well, yes. You can have all of it on Steam and uninstall WZ on Battle.net .
Edit: Just looked and BO6 with WZ '24 in the the DLC tab show an install size of 121.16GB.
It is 100% Activision's fault for relying on the connection to Steam's host servers for their always online game.
Just a heads up.
