Can I specify which games to share in family sharing?
I don't want my family members to access certain games from my library. What can I do? Or is there any option other than "privating" the game from my profile?

Just by marking them Private.

That would mess up others not being able to see me in game though. I'm looking for alternatives.

The feature doesn't have alternatives.

You share all your games or none. Only other way is to set certain games to "private" which will exclude them from the family share libary.
That are your options, there is nothing else.

If said family members are kids then built-in parental Controls will solve this.
