Help for crossplay PC and Xbox one

Hello! i have a problem inviting a friend of mine to play in my server, i give him the join code but he cant find my server or cant join, playfab is mandatory?because there is a message at the beggining of the game that says : account failor something, im pretty new to steam and other pc mechanics so maybe i've done something wrong, follwing the link to playfab i've installed the content, now will it work? mmh not sure hehe

Maybe ask in the forum of the game. There is no general crossplay solution between Steam and XBox/MS Store. It's entirely game dependent.
