Missing/Broken Icons

Hi, I recently uninstalled the regular Blender launcher and downloaded it through Steam instead. However as you can see in this image [imgur.com] , the icons are missing. The one on the left is pinned to my taskbar and refuses to unpin, and when launched, opens the one on the right. Any solution would be really appreciated
