Can anyone buy games via Gcash right now?

Im trying to buy a game via gcash and it would redirect me to the payment portal, but it would refuse to connect with an error 105.

I tried looking everywhere for information on whether gcash of alipay+ were having issues, but couldnt seem to find anything relevant.

Just taking a shot in the dark here if anyone else has been having problems. I live in the Philippines BTW.

any luck guys? I still having this issue.
tried on a laptop on a different account
tried on a browser
tried to turn off firewall temporarily
tried restarting steam app and computer
tried dns flush on cmd
tried providing full access for steam.exe in user access control
tried setting primary and alernative dns to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
tried in big p[icture mode but it says i dont have active inter connection which is wierd since I can browse and download free games
tried to purchase on my phone app and it did not give me the error 105 but it did not go thru
tried to look around the internet but still no luck

oh, so this has been going on for a while now... just tried purchasing a game thru Gcash and it's giving me the same error.. tried thru app and browser... seems browser is also not able to load the alipayplus page
