I might have a glitch, please help

in my steam desktop app, every avatar frame seems glitched, i tried switching accounts, it is the same, it either shows default frame or shows a glitched version of the avatar frame, is this a common issue? how do i fix this? will reinstall the app help? (as its fine on the steam website) thank you for the help!!
