Can I use Bangladesh City Bank card CityMaxx (American Express) for Steam Purchase

Hi guys, I am trying to Purchase a Game in Steam. I am a Bangladeshi So, I use UCB bank Visa Prepaid card for the transaction. But steam shows me Error every time. So, decided to contact with Steam Support. They told me that my card is not eligible for Steam purchase, They also told me to use different Bangladesh payment Methods for complete the purchase. So my question is 1. can I use City bank (CityMaxx American Express) Card to complete my purchase??
2. Which bank card can be use for easy Steam purchase in Bangladesh??

Why don't you try the other card and see if it works? It won't explode if it also fails.

it's hard to get a Dual Currency card in Bangladesh. it's Also need eligibility for using them. I am a Student. For me I don't have requirement eligibility to use lots of cards. And Cards are costly. Every time u going for a Dual currency card u need passport endorsement for make it Dual currency. So, I want 1 bank card which are accepted by Steam and Student can afford.
