Console command in game

Hi, I’m new to this but I been trying to open a console commands in game to add mods etc, I did the open console stuff so I see a new tab next to my page but when I’m in game and I press either “~, @ or #” nothing happens and it supposed to appear on top in the game, can please someone help me on what to do or how to do it? Thank you!!!

Not all games have developer console enabled in release builds. What game are you trying to open console and what are you trying to do?

Changing variables which garnish an unfair advantage (typically in multiplayer games) are generally considered cheating and may result in a ban.

Its for KCD2, I saw videos of people opening, have even set in properties -devmode and after pressing ~ nothing happens..

As long as there is not another launch option interfering with the syntax then opening the console should work, try asking in the Kingdom Come: Deliverance II game hub.

Thanks for the help! I think the issue is probably due to the fact that I have a JP style keyboard and technically there is no “~” button…
