Bendy and the Ink Machine Game breaking Chapter 3: elevator bug (devs are nowhere to be seen)

I went from Dark Revival to the Ink Machine. The game is still great, but this hickup is very bad.

Edit: in the video I said: out of the game, but I meant to say: out of the elevator

Edit: I feel the need to know whether you developers have this on the radar. I do not expect you to resolve this instantly, but some message of life would be great.
I can't resume this game before you resolve the issue and I refuse to replay this game again, at this stage as a "work around". Please don't be 'those' type of devs and resolve this issue,

Edit: quick work around: when you select an unlocked chapter (from the select chapter), make it so that it can save the progress rather then not

So Steam, can you please send the developer a notice to reply and or take the game out of the store as long as the game breaking bug isn't resolved?

Edit: this is a great and Unique game and the second installment is even better (no bugs) but this issue needs to be addressed and resolved.

1. Nothing at all because it is not actionable for any reason.

2. Your post will be moved to the Bendy game hub.

Nothing more than one of those things will happen.
