Controller Configs for Delta Force

As of right now I am able to play Delta Force on controller. Yes I KNOW there is no controller support. I am happy to say that I can use my Manba V1 controller with quad paddles to play DELTA FORCE.
Using STEAMs controller mapping option.
My question is this...
Is there a place or a person who could better explain the specific "double press/ long press/start/stop functions/purpose inside the SUB menus of the Button Press TAB please? Thank you.
Also if you want a controller configs to DELTA FORCE let me know, there are 3 steps outside of game to begin with.
