Login help

Hello!
I've got a problem at the moment, I'm serving in the military and am obviously not home.
Problem is, I'm trying to login on a computer using the right password, and if not I'll use my phone to scan me in. But it just won't accept that I'm not in my home state.
I'm still in the states, just not in Cali. I don't know if there is a way for me to login because it won't take the fact that I'm not in my state.
Any help on how I can fix this? Is there an online VPN I can use or am I just gonna have to accept that I can't play until I get home in three years.

Do you get an error message along the lines of "you're not in your state"? Please describe the error condition you're observing.
