Can login to PC Steam but not Mobile Steam...

What's going on? I can login just fine on my PC but when I go to login through Mobile to re-apply the Steam Guard Authentication, it tells me that there "was a problem signing you in, something went wrong while attempting to sign you in, please try again later".

I waited, and tried again, and it says the same message. This isn't a normal scheduled Maintenance issue, either.
