Can't mouse click in Steam browser

Playing a game called Renowned Explorers; I click the Wiki link & it opens a URL in what must be Steam's built-in browser (has a world icon which opens Steam settings & also xbox iconography for back, menu, etc.). I can move the mouse but I can't click links, scroll the bar, etc. I do have xbox controllers attached but, aside from hitting the B button to cancel, don't seem to do anything either. Any ideas how I can use the mouse?

No but there are other post with taskout issue , and i dont think any real Soulution has been made yet. ( could be same i dont know )

some think it other overlay that take controll over it ,
what about windows Focus mode that force a Full screen lock maybe, again we fumble in the dark until someone figuire it out.
