Edit family view not showing

Hi,
I'm trying to set up family view on my cs2 account as I got some skins that I would like not to be sold by mistake, but this is where the problem showed.
I for some odd reason cant manage my family setting on this account alone. I checked on my other accounts and they all had the "Edit family view" after clicking "Steam -> Settings -> family" but on this account it doesn't show?

Any ideas what to do? I've already restarted steam and my pc. I've tried to download the beta update for steam and switching accounts a couple of times.
