Help: two base game with one DLC

Hi!
I don’t find any reply about this so I prefer ask before continue something.
My wife and I have a Steam Library Family, in this case we can share our games.
Today, she tried Helldivers II with my copy of the game. But we noticed that my DLCs were availables into game.

My question is: If we have two copies of the base game, can we share the DLC when we ONLY play at the same game at the same time?

Only 1 person can use the copy with the DLCs when playing at the same time, even when both own the base game.

No, your wife will only have access to the dlc if she plays your copy.
