Invisible window? in top left

[error 404 (name not found)]

Recently when playing some steam games I've found that I cannot click on anything in the top left corner of the screen, my mouse reverts to the desktop version but seems to (as far as the game is concerned) remain where it was before passing onto the "window" area.

Are you using any game overlays because it would indicate an overlay is present but not viewable. I ask because i have none installed and do not have the issue.

no overlays or mods except for steam itself but that also suffers from this issue

Appologies, it looks like it might have been just discords overlay notification not minimising properly thank you very much for that.

Thank you as well. I've checked every little ♥♥♥♥ program. MSI afterburner, weird Gigabyte software like GCC and "App Center", GPU tweaker II (don't ask why I got so many programs) and in the end it was discord.
I'm not even in any call or whatsoever but it appears the discord ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ notification about the overlay being enabled was bugged.
