After uninstall free space remains the same

I uninstalled a game title (FINAL FANTASY XIV Online Free Trial), but the free space on my hard drive remains the same!

If it were me I'd just navigate to the game's install location and if the files still exist I'd manually delete them.

windows Trash can , or multi disk you look at wrong drev maybe.
