Without using the search engine where the heck are gift cards found in the store right now?

Subject. Categories doesn't list anything that indicates gift cards or such. Store page itself is, well, it's usual mess for the big sales and I don't see it there either. I know the page exists but it seems impossible to easily navigate to.

Edit: Found it...it's hiding in the fine print in the banner for Steam with their Tos and all for some silly reason. I'd post a screenshot but more hassle than it's worth. Do better Valve. Should be a direct link on the main store page.

On the main steam window by your icon, click the drop down menu and pick "View my wallet".
Then follow the instructions on that page.

There's also Games>Redeem steam wallet card
but you can scroll down to the "Purchase Digital Gift Cards" button, click it and follow the instructions there.

Yeah they always seem to forget to leave the link on the store front during sale events. Silly if you ask me..
