Some games just wont launch

I already tried verifying the files, running steam and the games as administrator, already reinstalled the games and steam, updated graphic card's drivers, repaired microsoft c++ files and using "-windowed" on startup options, but nothing worked.

One of the games that doesnt work is Celeste, and when I selected a beta version it worked, but when I returned to the original version it kept not loading. Also, Terraria is another of the games that dont work, but when I selected a beta version, it didnt work. I also turned my antivirus off, but nothing happenned.

The games that arent launching are lego movie, celeste and terraria. I am using windows 10.

My specs are:

Processor: i7 12700f

Motherboard: Asus prime h610m-e d4

Graphics card: rtx 3060 ti

SSD: kioxia-exceria g2 ssd

RAM: I couldnt find out mthe exact model, but i have 1x16gb ddr4 3600mhz

I managed to fix it!!!

When I tried to launch lego movie as administrator, it showed me an error message that said that i was missing a file named d3dx9_43.dll.

First, I tried installing it manually on the system32 folder on my pc, but that didnt work, so I installed directx end user runtime. Just follow this video: https://youtu.be/d6KURJz7jdw
