Using a foreign Debit card on Steam account registered in another country

During this winter sale period of the year, i wanna buy a game, but currently i don't have the cash, so i asked my brother for his debit card, and imma pay him later, the issue is that my brother is a resident of the us, and my account is registred to egypt, upon filling card details it requseted if the card is egyptian or "other" redirecting to a steam contact page ..

dont use other peoples cards, does not matter if they are family or not. this can end badly.

does your brother have a steam account? if so, they can send you a digital gift card (steam wallet funds).

Depending on the game and the regional price difference (it being less than 10%), your brother can create a Steam account and purchase the game for you as a gift.

Failing that with the regional price difference being more than 10%, he can buy a digital gift card using his CC and send it to you. It will be converted into your currency.
