Every time I try and buy something it tells me that my information is wrong

I'm trying to buy a game and every time I try and check out it gives me an error saying that the address I have input is wrong. It's not. I've tried as much variations of my address as I could to get the thing to check out, changing the capitalization, spacing, ect. It's not working. I've quite literally checked everything I can, changed everything I could put all my information in differently and it just won't work. I've been trying since last night and I'm starting to get really frustrated because I know everything I put in is right, I even went and bought something else on another website to check if it was just the card, and it worked, same information and everything. I don't understand why steam won't take my money. I just want my game.

The message I'm getting: (Your purchase has not been completed. Your credit card information has been declined by your credit card company due to an incorrect address being entered.
