just as the title suggests, my account has only the functions of a limited user. I have spent around 200 dollars and dont know why its doing this... fix it please!

Was it your own money?

Receiving a Steam gift or digital gift card from a friend will not remove limited user restrictions.

thanks for the info.... I am slowly hating steam more and more... trying to play as many games outside of steam as possible

Is paysafecard available in your area? You can simply upload 5$ to your Steam Wallet or send a digital gift card of 5$ to another account to remove the restriction.

What is *your* means of payment? If you are truly in Canada as your profile suggests, you should have quite a few options to choose from.

Going by your other post here, the only reason why you would need to unlimit your account to play Warzone, is due to you being in a country where Valve has this specific restriction for limited accounts "Adding a phone number from some countries or under certain circumstances" and you need to link your number to the game in order to play.

There are 2 options within the game itself.

1. Use the number on your Steam account and you can not do that due to the specific reason above.

2. Use the number you have tied to your Activision account.

Do option #2 after you create or log into your Activision account and add a phone number to it there.
