Games not launching

Some of my steam games just isnt launching while others can. I verified game integrity, reinstalled it, updated by graphics drivers, changed steam to beta, cleared cache, nothing worked.

Well, my advice to both you as far as seeking help goes.

What are some of the games that aren't launching?

What are your system specs?

When was the last time the affected games worked? Have then been any significant upgrades or updates to your system?

I mean you might imagine this a generic issue that requires no information to address, but that's probably not the case. And it's probably not a Steam problem per se. And while the games might have been purchased on Steam, keep in mind Valve doesn't own them and isn't responsible for them and Steam is just running the .exe, so if the game fails to launch it's very plausible there's some kind of issue on your system, unless the issue affects "everybody", which is hard to know because you didn't provide any information to check that.

I cant launch Ground Branch. My specs are rtx 3060ti, i5-12400f. Well, the game worked before the last windows 11 update so i dont know if thats the problem.

I managed to fix mine!!!

When I tried to launch lego movie as administrator, it showed me an error message that said that i was missing a file named d3dx9_43.dll.

First, I tried installing it manually on the system32 folder on my pc, but that didnt work, so I installed directx end user runtime. Just follow this video: https://youtu.be/d6KURJz7jdw

Its always the indians or kids that save us .
