Scared of losing everything

I got a new computer and want to use on that. Apparently the password I noted down doesn't work. No problem, I log into steam on the old pc and want to change the password. Problem is that unlike the last time (december the 4th), no code is being sent to my cellphone. I tried several times and even took the risk of restarting steam (with no problem).

If I go to help/account, I see no way of contacting help and only the options I allready tried and tried again. So, at the moment, instead of enjoying the games on my new pc, I'm deadly afraid of losing everything I invested the last 15 years.

I don't dare to log out of steam anymore until I get a verification my account will still be accessible. Is there anyway to contact steam ? I did it for a few games, but in this matter I don't know where or how. Thank you in advance for your help.
