Mouse Jumping

I am using a Lenovo laptop and whenever a steam game is running the mouse randomly jumps to the edges of the screen. I have tried reinstalling the steam client, updating drivers, restarting the laptop, turned touchscreen and touchpad off, made sure there were no other input devices, it jumps even if it is running, and I am on another window. Help!!

Also, if it is Lenovo Yoga:
Device Manager > Human Interface Devices > RMB on HID-compliant pen > Disable device.
