ATENTION - i need immediate help with this !
If i bought a game with steam balance can i refund it on a credit card ?

No. Refunds go back to the original payment method. The only exception to this is if Steam can't fulfill a refund to an external payment method, those funds are directed to your wallet.

Nope. You can only refund to the original payment method or to your Steam Wallet.
If you paid with Steam Wallet the only refund target is back to the wallet.
