Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Change your password on a secure device.
Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
After following the steps open another support ticket. That one will stay open until support replies.
Thats why you got the suspension from Steam Support.
The one who has access to your account also installed a hjacker bot that automatically closes all support tickets you send, so you cant get help from Support.
The FIRST thing you need to do is EVERYTHING in the list cSg|mc-Hotsauce posted in the first reply.
After that your account should be secure again and any tickets you send to support will stay open.
If they are still closing on their own that means your system is still infected and you missed something from the list.
