They will get back to you eventually. You just need to be patient and remember that they have hundreds of thousands of other people to respond to as well
In short, nothing is wrong with Steam support.
If things are happening to your account that you didn't do, your account may be compromised, so you could try to secure it. If you're unable to do so you'll have to work with Steam Support to recover it.

Well being cagey doesn't help. Also you convincing yourself something isn't your fault may not make that true. Or at best, there's no way for Valve to tell who's fault it is, and they can't take your word for it.
How is it locked? You need to be more specific, we are not mind readers. But if you get straight to the point one of us may be able to help.
Im guessing it could be one of the following:
1. You lost access to your account and can not log in.
2. You have a trade ban and can not use steam market
3. Your wallet funds have been restricted and can not be used to send gifts.
If you still have access to that account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Thanks for the helpful tips, I no longer have access to my other account since the support team disabled it. Here I would look for a solution to how to get my account back without the support team really helping. Because they told me not to write to them in the future.
