Gforce experience recording problem

ive been using this for a few years now , im not a streamer and dont intend on using other software , but i do have a question about the one im using ,it works perfectly fine with every game however when i press alt F9 ( Start a recording ) when playing dead by daylight the recording starts and immediately saves/ stops recording , any other game it starts and then stays recording until i manually end it , if i open windows explorer ( like a random desktop document ) and then start the recording and alt tab back into the game then it works , and thats the only work around i have for recording dead by daylight , any ideas or input would be appreciated , troll responses aside as i know i always get one or two irrationally angry and rude people when using these forums , again it works as is with my work around but im curious if anyone knows what causes this

alt F9 is not used in dead by daylight key bindings

Do you not think that is actually rude?

to be offended about someone saying that someones always offended is an odd thing to be offended about but outrage is more interesting for those whom have excess free time i guess
