all steam games are stuttering / FPS drop 80-90 to 25- 17

I reinstalled widows and downloaded PUBG and NFS heat and played pubg normally the next day i started game and it was all buggy with a huge fps drops i tried everything drivers, changing files, reinstall steam and the games, settings, evertyhing nothing is workling when i play leage it is running fine 150-170 FPS, valorant same 200+, i need help here guys cant figure it out.

Test single player game then , what if this is network issue into whatever gameserver or congested area through them ISP.

it is Xmas and steam just have wintersale, so aka ala black friday lookalike could happend.
( this mean alot of user use internet. )


You can test for bad packets also, if you think that will help

so i download The witcher 3 to check and same thing man keeps dropping, and it is just steam games

Have you tried the fresh clean GPU Driver installation. ?

yea i installed a new windows and it worked that day and then the next day same thing all over again

Check past GPU driver's if all pc is update at BIOS and Chipsetdriver and ofc. windows is update.

I mean how much have you even installed yet list most be small.

And you only have 1 main GPU card ?, no IGPU that interference with steam games.

Same as no to GPU acclerated web view in steam settings.

Dont forget windows role back functions, so you can retur to previous system settings, where is worked.


You problem atm is you proof it work with reset windows ,a dn then later it dotn , so window supdate did something or ?

You might want to info steam support is this is the case, more and then they know, if this si window sthat do something.

Dont forget windows Focus and other things today can effect out games. ( it should be better but focus can also reduce resoureces other places.) what about Full performance in power scematic , laptop user know this , but many desktop pc user also user this , but not thinking such detail can matter.

Dont forget GPU card live support if this matter to you they should also look at this.

You should check performance within your taskbar to see what is taking up your resources. At least then you should get an idea on what is causing the system to slow down.

Try cleaning out the dust from your PC and consider replacing the thermal paste if you haven't done it in a while

that is the thing man I have done all this and it just steam games even the single players ones ,, at this point I wanna install steam =-=, I did roll back the windows nothing happened
I disabled the integrated GPU same thing and made the steam light.

it is not slowing down at all just fps drops in steam games any other games are working fine I have 32 ram dd4 I9 9880h RTX 2070 8GB dd6

actually I did that when I installed my windows full clean up with thermal grizzly kryonaut

Please do try Nvidia support, what if they see something you do not.

we can only suggest nice things here, if you want more hardcore advice like test with other GPU card or test that gpu card in other pc., most privat user do not have such options.
