A question about refunding

Let's say i buy Elden ring, which currently costs 1439 in Philippine currency (Which is roughly 24 USD), i spend money on a 1000 steam wallet voucher, then i'll spend the remaining 439 with my Gcash, the two will combine to make the purchase.

Now if for whatever reason i will proceed to refund it, Will it refund both the 1000 to my steam wallet AND the 439 back to my Gcash? i'm slightly worried cuz while i know it will refund it to my steam wallet, i'm still unsure for my Gcash, would appreciate for any clarifications

refunds go back to the original payment method. if the money cannot go back to the original payment method it goes into the steam wallet.

the 439 would go back to Gcash unless you decided to have it go to your steam wallet. if steam is unable to refund the 439 to Gcash, it then goes to the wallet regardless of what you decided.

Okay so if i get this right, If i specifically paid the 439 using Gcash and refund it, it WILL go back to my Gcash since that was the original payment method, that's unless any error will occur that would make just make it get added to the 1K in my wallet.
