Got ChargeBack
The reason for this issue is that the card I used belonged to my friend. I understand this situation is a bit complicated, so please allow me to explain. My friend once asked me to help him send a game called BodyCam as a gift to his friend. To facilitate this, he entered his card information into my Steam account, and I successfully gifted the game on his behalf. This was necessary because my friend did not have access to Steam Guard on his account at the time.

Afterward, I continued using my account to purchase games and access the Steam Community Market. Since I don't frequently buy games or items, I used the registered card without realizing it while adding funds to my Steam account. But it was my friend card.

When my friend noticed the charges, he believed his card was stolen and reported it to the bank. I told him it was me and I told him to call the bank again for correction. Already connect with steam support. Should I wait they respond? Or should I call the bank?

Wait for support to respond while your friend contacts his bank to reverse the chargeback.
