Scheduled gifts are sending immediately
I bought three gifts for two different people and scheduled them for Dec 25. When I went to purchase, I didn't see the scheduled date or an option to edit it. In my gift inventory, my only choice is to cancel, I can't schedule/reschedule. What am I doing wrong?

What makes you think they sent immediately when you said you scheduled them for December 25?

Maybe just try again and just do one at a time. I just scheduled 4 gifts for different days. I can see them in my Inventory right now all showing the dates I chose with the Manage Gift option to choose a different delivery date, send immediately, or cancel.

I did one at a time and I tried another one not too long ago to test it. It still went through immediately. I might need to just reach out to customer support 😓

I've had the exact same problem, too. On two separate occasions, I bought a game, scheduled it to be delivered on Christmas Eve, and then was thanked by the intended recipients who got them immediately. It's very frustrating, I had only bought one game each time, each attempt went to a different recipient, and these attempts were separated by weeks (the first was towards the end of the Black Friday sale, the second was today). And yet, on Black Friday itself, I bought three other games for two recipients, and those had no problem waiting until their proper delivery dates.
