I want to inform you that I did not make any purchases and did not even link the card to Steam.
and the card was not lost, it is
I want to know what the money was debited for?

Are these purchases happening on your account or are you just receiving receipts that Steam is debiting money for purchases made? We need to establish if your account is compromised or if it is your card and account. Either way, if you didn't make these purchases, you need to contact Support and your bank urgently.

But was this on your account? If it wasn't you who authorised the transaction then your card is compromised. Steam doesn't take money for no reason.

It really-really sounds like someone else got your card info and is spending it on steam!

Contact your bank NOW and freeze that card. Challenge the charges and order a new card number.
