How to change/add image/thumbnail to steam workshop collection of mods

From the start u need to create a blank collection (steam>workshop>Game Name>collections>Create Collection), without any mod, add title and any image there, there is no need to resize the image/gif, after you finish to add a name and the image/gif, then u can add the mods.
After 3 hours of searching how to change it i did not found anything, but now we can just create a collection from the start with the image/gif and then add the mods, have a good day

it didn't worked for me. i still got that error message:

if anyone use an image it need to be a .png format, if that do not help remember if u spend 5euro in last year on steam, this could be an issue
