Hello I have purchased msi gtx 970 tiger 3 days ago and i entered the code for batman at the Nvidia Website. The redeem process was complete and the sent me an email that confirmed the redemption and a confirmation that the game was successfully added to my steam account but i can't find it anywhere. help???

You don't get a "confirmation" for adding retail CD-keys to your Steam -account.

Do you find any CD-keys in those e-mails?

You received a Nvidia coupon that gave you the game right?
After you put in the coupon code, how did you redeem the game? was it per-key or did you have to sign in with your steam account?

I went to the nvidia website where i put the key that i was provided. I logged in to my steam account from there and it showed a message that confirmed that it was successfull. Then, nvidia sent me an e-mail saying that: "Successfully redeemed to account: mixosnester"
