Refund: 7+ buisness days [HELP]
So i have been waiting (as you can see by the name) over seven days now for a refund and not even a response from a steam support ticket, any ideas or help?

If you have a Steam support ticket open on the issue that should help. If it was to your wallet chrck your recent purchases yku might have spent it as money defaults to from wallet first then from your chosen payment method so you might have iused your refund and paid less on your card. If you refunded to your card call your bank and ask if they can see the refund it might not be showing yet as they are still processing.
i just got a reply from my ticket and they told me to wait an extra 7 day's, i sent them a screen shot of my email from them saying my refund will be added to my steam wallet funds within 7 days and they just said i would get a reply by email.
hopefully now i can actually talk to a human rather than a copy pasting robot.

Just be patience it'll be refunded. They have to since you requested it. I wish things were quicker. Cuz on Origin you can get this done in 5 mins. Such a shame really. Puts Valve under the bucket how slow they are. They really need to beef up their department. I wonder if someone has started a petition about it. Change.org can force people change their policy.
Yesterday I purchased the game "Out of Reach" have written to 4 am you can cancel the transaction, the payment was made by -Pay safe card- . To this day I do not see games on my Steam, while money has levied. I do not want to return the money, but anticipated game.
