Steam disappears when I move steam window to second monitor.
When I drag my steam window over to my second monitor and try to maximise it, it closes, or disappears, however it is still running, I just can't see it, and the only way I can see it again is to close steam via the icons tray or task manager and start it up again. The reason this is a problem is because I like to have steam open in my second monitor while I have a game in my first.

My primary monitor is a Benq GL2450 and my secondary is an old Dell Ultrasharp from about 5 or so years ago. Steam used to work in both monitors but since I upgraded to an intel i7 4790k a while ago it's just stopped working.

This is kind of a huge programming error... Will there ever be a fix? I see a post about this from two years ago..

I am using a 4k 55inch tv as my main monitor, and every time I move anything steam related to my side monitor (1080p asus) it completely disappears. At least to the point I can manipulate it. It is still visible when alt tabbing, but that is useless...

Can someone from valve please address this problem directly. Or explain some way to fix it?
Thanks

Yup, if you click the steam icon in the taskbar and then press [alt] + [space], a tab should pop up that will ask you if you want to restore, minimize or maximize. You can try hitting restore but if it is still running try just hitting maximize and it should pop back up on your main screen. That way you don't have to close and restart it just to get it to show back up.

Would be nice if they would just fix that problem seems to only happen on intel cpu's though.
