Can't gift "Substance Indie Pack"?

I want to buy the Substance Indie Pack for a family member. It has 3 separate games in it, not 3 of the same. When I add it to cart, the "send to others as a gift" is grayed out and I see this warning:

"Four Packs" are only available to those who don't already own the game. Once you've completed your transaction, you'll be able to give your three extra copies of the game to friends using the Steam client.
If you'd like to purchase any other games as gifts, please do so in a separate transaction.

Looks like it's not set up properly on the store... again. A quick Google shows that it was also borked back in March. Last time, noone could buy the pack at all if they didn't own Substance Designer... which is part of the pack. I'm afraid you're stuck if it doesn't right itself before the sale ends as there's no way you'll get through to either Steam Support or the devs in the next 21 hours.

OK, thanks for both replies. I opened a support ticket just in case, plus googled and tried one of the glitches suggested. I'll keep trying. thanks!
