How to allow Steam to work with Advanced SystemCare
I always have to "Install Service" every time I run. Is there any tips?

uninstall ASC - it useless

Advanced System Care is on the list of programs which may interfere with Steam:
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9828-SFLZ-9289

You may wish to consider disabling or uninstalling it. Alternatively, you may wish to contact the developer and ask them for assistance.
