Really need help with Nexus Mod Manager!

I am completely bewildered because I've never had any problems with downloading the actual mod manager on any of my other computers. Whenever i try to install it on this one, a message keeps pooping up saying "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program". I did try and download it again, but same problem. I would really like some feedback. I'm dying to mod Skyrim for the first time. Thanks so much.
