Can't Connect to Steam Store Through Steam Software or Steampowered.com. Need Help!
Ok, so I have been having this problem for a few months now. Whenever I try to connect to the Steam webpage, I get ERR_CONNECTION_RESET (keep in mind, this is using Google Chrome). Whenever I start the Steam software, I get prompted with either the "Could not connect to Steam network, Retry connection or Start in Offline mode," or the Log-In Screen, which will either brings me to the previous screen when I input my account credentials, or start the Steam program, and display Error Code -101. Now, my internet is far from the best, but it is fairly quick, and I have tried resetting my router countless times. I am at a complete loss, and have tried various fixes, none of which have worked. I could really use any help offered to me.


So far I have tried:
1. Removing all of the files from the Steam program file except Steamapps and Steam.exe. Failed because Steam could still not connect to the servers.

2. Resetting the TCP/IP using the Nutshell utility, and then rebooting.

3. Deleting everything from C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\ while Steam is off.

None of these have worked.
